About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our rehabilitation team. In this role, you will work with an adult patient population, providing therapy interventions to promote recovery and improve the quality of life for individuals on ventilators and those with tracheostomies.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and assess patients' needs for occupational therapy.
- Develop individualized treatment plans that focus on improving daily living skills.
- Implement therapeutic interventions and monitor patients' progress.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care.
Requirements
- Valid Occupational Therapy license in Washington state.
- No specific years of experience required.
