About the Role
Ardor Health Solutions is seeking a Travel Occupational Therapist for a 13-week, hospital-based assignment in Bullhead City, Arizona. This is a great opportunity for an OT who enjoys working with adults in a medical setting and helping patients regain independence following illness, injury, or surgery. You'll work alongside a collaborative rehabilitation team while providing meaningful, patient-centered care focused on ADLs, mobility, safety, and functional recovery.

- Schedule: Full-Time, 8 hours, days

- Collaborative rehabilitation environment
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations and reassessments.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and functional goals.
- Provide ADL and functional mobility training to promote independence and safe discharge.
- Treat patients with orthopedic, neurological, post-surgical, and medically complex conditions.
- Provide upper-extremity rehabilitation, cognitive interventions, and adaptive equipment training.
- Educate patients and caregivers on safety, home modifications, and strategies for successful recovery.
- Collaborate with PT, SLP, nursing, physicians, and case management.
- Complete accurate and timely documentation and progress reports.
- Participate in discharge planning and help patients transition safely to their next level of care.
Requirements
- Active Arizona Occupational Therapist license or eligibility to obtain.
- Hospital-based or acute care OT experience preferred.
- Current BLS certification.
- Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and patient care skills.
