Travel Occupational Therapist - $2,365 per week

Responsibilities

• Incorporating the vision, values, mission and critical goals of the organization into job performance.
• Providing therapy services in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting.
• Assessing patients' physical, cognitive, and psychosocial needs and developing treatment plans accordingly.
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure patient care coordination.

Requirements

• 1 year of recent experience as a(n) Occupational Therapist (OT).
• SNF / LTC experience required.
• Current Occupational Therapist (OT) license within the state of practice.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Passing score on the national certification exam.
• Current CPR certification.

Pay

Pay package is based on 8.0 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
