About the role
The Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) at Critical Connection, Inc. will work in Henrico, Virginia, providing care to children with developmental, sensory, or physical impairments.
Responsibilities
- Assess and treat children with developmental, sensory, or physical impairments
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Address fine motor skills, feeding, sensory integration, and ADLs
- Provide caregiver education and home programming
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
- Complete documentation and progress reporting
Requirements
- Active OT license
- Pediatric or sensory integration experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
