Travel Occupational Therapist - $2,326 per week

About the role

Ardor Health Solutions is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a 13-week hospital-based contract in Bullhead City, Arizona. This opportunity offers the chance to work with patients in a medical setting while helping improve independence, safety, ADLs, mobility, and overall functional recovery.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations and reassessments.
• Develop individualized treatment plans focused on ADLs, safety, mobility, and functional independence.
• Treat orthopedic, neurological, post-surgical, and medically complex patients.
• Provide ADL retraining, transfer training, upper extremity rehab, cognitive interventions, and adaptive equipment education.
• Collaborate with nursing staff, physicians, PT, SLP, and case management.
• Educate patients and caregivers on safety strategies, home modifications, and discharge planning.
• Complete timely documentation and progress reporting.
