About the role
Join Fall River Health Services in Hot Springs, South Dakota, for a 13-week travel contract. This position offers the opportunity to work in a community-focused healthcare environment with an adult and geriatric patient population. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary therapy and healthcare team. Previous rehabilitation, hospital, SNF, or outpatient experience is preferred. An active South Dakota OT license is required prior to the start date.

Requirements
- Active South Dakota OT license (or ability to obtain prior to start)
- Previous rehabilitation, hospital, SNF, or outpatient experience preferred
Schedule
- 13-week travel contract
- Start Date: 06/08/2026
- Full-time, 40 hours per week
- 8-hour day shifts
