About the role
Pioneer Healthcare Services is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Occupational Therapist for a 13‑week assignment in Seattle, Washington, starting 11/30/2026. The position requires 40 hours per week on day shifts (8‑hour days) in an on‑site SNF setting.
Responsibilities
- Assess patients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapy to enhance functional abilities and promote independence
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Educate patients and families on adaptive strategies and equipment use
- Monitor and document patient progress and treatment outcomes
- Implement interventions in various settings
- Participate in discharge planning and transitional care coordination
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
- Washington State Occupational Therapy Licensure
Pay
$2,289.32 – $2,360.12 per week (based on 8‑hour shifts and 40 hours per week)
Schedule
Day shift, 5×8 hours per week (up to 40 hours)
