Requirements

• Current resume
• Active or pending state license as an OT (or equivalent compact license)
• Current BLS and/or specialty certifications for OT
• Two current leadership references and one current coworker reference
• Ability to pass background and urine drug screening
• At least 2 years of recent occupational therapy experience
