• Rehabilitation experience required
• Current Occupational Therapist (OT) license in the state of practice (or eligibility to obtain AZ licensure)

Pay

Pay package is based on 8.0‑hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.
