Travel Occupational Therapist - $2,288 per week

About the role

Coast Medical Service is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting immediately in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a hospital setting.
• Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans to improve functional abilities.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
• Document patient progress and communicate effectively with healthcare providers.

Requirements

• Current license to practice occupational therapy in New Mexico.
• Bachelor's degree in occupational therapy from an accredited program.
• At least one year of relevant work experience.
• Experience working in a hospital or acute care setting preferred.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in computer software and electronic health records.

Skills

• Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving skills.
• Effective time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Benefits

Tax-free stipend to be determined based on 8-hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week.

Pay

Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation).

Schedule

Shifts are 8 hours, days.
