Requirements

• Current or pending state license as an Occupational Therapist (active license in hand preferred)
• Current BLS and/or specialty certifications for OT
• Minimum 2 years of recent OT experience
• 2 current leadership references and 1 current co-worker reference
• Must pass background check and urine drug screening
• Current resume

Pay

Highly competitive pay rates with tax-free stipend amount to be determined (based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week).
