Travel Occupational Therapist - $2,271 per week

TNAA TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a 13-week position in Marshfield, Wisconsin.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and develop a plan of care for a variety of patients needing to improve, regain and develop skills needed for daily life.
• Work in disabled, ill or injured patient populations in the acute care setting.
• Perform tasks such as reviewing patients' medical history, asking questions, observing tasks, evaluating conditions, creating treatment plans, helping with daily tasks, assessing home/workplace needs, educating families and employers, recommending equipment, documenting activities and progress, and providing timely documentation.
• Evaluate and record patient activities and progress for evaluations, billing, and reporting to physicians and other healthcare providers.

Requirements

• Must have 6 months of experience; however, new grads are encouraged to apply.
• Must have BLS and NBCOT-OTR National Certification with state-specific licensing.
• Must have a sound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology and medical terminology.

Qualifications

• BLS
• NBCOT (OTR)
• 2 Years of Experience

Skills

• Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
• Skill in bending, leaning, and stooping without difficulty.

Schedule

We are looking for an Occupational Therapist (OT) for an immediate travel opening in Marshfield, WI. OT should have 1 year of experience; for an exceptional candidate with an appropriate background, 6 months of experience may be accepted.
