Responsibilities
- Help patients regain or improve daily skills following injuries, illnesses, or disabilities.
- Provide therapy services, typically during an 8-hour shift, with a focus on patient care and rehabilitation.
- Assess and develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
- Assist patients in improving functional abilities and independence.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes.
- Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Active State License and BLS certification may be required.
