Travel Occupational Therapist - $2,246 per week

About the role

Coast Medical Service is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting July 20, 2026, in Roswell, New Mexico.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a hospital setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

Requirements

• Current license to practice occupational therapy in the state of New Mexico.
• Bachelor's degree in occupational therapy from an accredited program.
• At least one year of relevant work experience in an acute care setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Experience working in an acute care setting preferred.
• Knowledge of occupational therapy principles and techniques.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Skills

• Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
• Proficiency in using medical software and documentation systems.

Benefits

Tax-free stipend to be determined based on 8-hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week.

Pay

Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation).

Schedule

Shifts are from 07:00:00 to 15:30:00.
