Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services in a skilled nursing facility setting
• Assess patients' functional abilities and develop treatment plans
• Implement therapeutic interventions to promote independence and quality of life
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure patient care coordination

Requirements

• Current license to practice occupational therapy in Massachusetts
• Bachelor's degree in occupational therapy
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in a long-term care setting
• Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid regulations and reimbursement processes
