About the role
This is a 13-week contract position for an Occupational Therapist. The role involves providing evaluation, treatment planning, and intervention services to patients primarily in a Med/Surg setting, with occasional assignments in Acute Rehab. Responsibilities include maintaining patient records, advocating for patient needs, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest quality of care.
Responsibilities
- Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine patient needs.
- Create and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient goals.
- Assist patients in improving their ability to perform daily activities.
- Document patient progress and modify treatments as necessary.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to facilitate optimal patient care.
Requirements
- Licensed Occupational Therapist in the state required.
- Preferred experience level: Will consider new graduates with relevant clinical affiliations.

Pay
Pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined. Contract and local rates may vary based on location and applicant residency.
