About the role
CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Occupational Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting December 1st, 2026.
Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to patients in SNFs
- Assess and develop treatment plans to meet patient needs
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Document patient progress and outcomes accurately
Requirements
- Current license to practice occupational therapy in California
- Bachelor’s degree in occupational therapy
- Experience in SNF settings preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Passing scores on the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT)
- Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid regulations

Pay
Pay package is based on 12-hour shifts and 35 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
