About the role
LanceSoft is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a 13-week position starting on August 17, 2026, in Moore, Oklahoma.
Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a variety of settings.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
- Document patient progress and treatment sessions accurately.
Requirements
- 1+ years of OT experience.
- LTC or Rehab Experience.
- Active OT license.
- State License Requirements for Oklahoma.
Qualifications
- Current active license in the state of Oklahoma.
Skills
- Strong clinical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
