Coast Medical Service is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting on August 24, 2026, in Tucson, Arizona.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients’ functional abilities and develop treatment plans to improve their quality of life.
• Provide individualized therapy sessions to enhance motor skills, cognitive function, and daily living activities.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Document progress and communicate with patients, families, and other healthcare providers.

Requirements

• Current license to practice occupational therapy in the state of Arizona.
• At least one year of recent clinical experience in an occupational therapy setting.
• Bachelor’s degree in occupational therapy from an accredited program.
• Passing scores on the national certification exam.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using medical software and equipment.

Skills

• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Effective time management and organization skills.
• Knowledge of occupational therapy techniques and interventions.

Tax-free stipend amount to be determined based on 8 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week.
