Travel Occupational Therapist - $2,180 per week

Aequor Allied is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a 13-week position starting August 3, 2026 in Portsmouth, Virginia.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a hospital setting.
• Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans to improve functional abilities.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
• Document progress and communicate with referring physicians and other healthcare providers.

Requirements

• Current license to practice occupational therapy in Virginia.
• At least 1 year of recent clinical experience in an acute care setting.
• Bachelor's degree in occupational therapy from an accredited program.
• Passing scores on the national OT licensing exam.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using medical software and documentation systems.

Skills

• Knowledge of occupational therapy principles and techniques.
• Experience with assessment tools and interventions.
• Effective problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

Benefits

Tax-free stipend to be determined based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week.

Pay
