Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services in a clinical setting
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Assess patient needs and progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary
- Document patient evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with facility and regulatory standards
- Maintain compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations and facility policies
Requirements
- Current, unrestricted Occupational Therapist license in the state of practice
- Minimum of one year of recent experience in an acute care or rehabilitation setting
- National certification from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT)
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
