Travel Occupational Therapist - $2,164 per week

Responsibilities
- Assess patient’s level of functioning upon physician orders and plan appropriate treatments.
- Participate in the interdisciplinary team process and discharge planning for each patient.
- Complete documentation following department policies and procedures, including daily progress notes.
- Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants and OT/COTA students, ensuring competency in treatment application.
- Maintain a customer service attitude towards patients, visitors, and staff.
- Evaluate and administer appropriate evaluation procedures based on patient diagnosis and medical records.
- Communicate effectively with patients and families, ensuring understanding of treatment plans.
- Budget time effectively, set priorities, and display flexibility in scheduling.
- Instill confidence in patients and team members, promoting a safe environment for all.
Requirements
- Must hold a valid, current state license as an Occupational Therapist.
- BLS certification required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Occupational Therapy.
Schedule
- Day shift, 5 days a week, 8 hours per day (40 hours per week).

Pay
