Travel Occupational Therapist - $2,142 per week
About the role
Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Occupational Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting August 3, 2026, in Macomb, Illinois.
Responsibilities
- Help patients regain or improve daily skills following injuries, illnesses, or disabilities
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans
- Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Provide individualized therapy sessions to meet patient needs
- Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately
Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program
- Active State License to start the assignment
- BLS Certification from AHA or ARC (may be required)

Pay
The pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
Schedule
Shift hours: 08:30-16:30. Meal break: 30 minutes.
