Travel Occupational Therapist - $2,137 per week

About the role

A great SNF / LTC is looking for an experienced or newly graduated Occupational Therapist / OT to join their growing team for a contract assignment.

Responsibilities

• Incorporate the vision, values, mission and critical goals of the organization into job performance.
• Must have graduated from an accredited school.
• Current state license as an Occupational Therapist / OT or proactively in the process of the application process for current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist / OT.
• Current CPR certification.
• Provide skilled occupational therapy services / interventions in accordance with physician orders.
• Assess patient needs, plan for, evaluate and modify care to meet goals of occupational therapy interventions.
• Collaborate with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient.

Requirements

• Must have graduated from an accredited school.
• Current state license as an Occupational Therapist / OT or proactively in the process of the application process for current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist / OT.
• Current CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Experienced or newly graduated Occupational Therapist / OT.
• Experience in SNF / LTC setting preferred.

Pay

Pay package is based on 8.0 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
