HCS 24/7 is looking for a travel Occupational Therapist in Watsonville, California.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a hospital setting.
• Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic interventions and monitor progress.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.

Requirements

• Current state license as an Occupational Therapist.
• One year of relevant experience.
• No new graduates.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Proficient in using medical terminology and documentation.

Pay

The pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

This will be a 13-week assignment, Day/Night 12s Rotating shift starting July 6, 2026, working 36 hours per week.
