Travel Occupational Therapist - $2,119 per week

Responsibilities

• Incorporates the vision, values, mission and critical goals of the organization into their job performance.
• Provides therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting.
• Assesses patient needs and develops individualized treatment plans.
• Conducts evaluations and interventions to improve patient function and quality of life.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care.

Requirements

• 1 year of recent experience as a(n) Occupational Therapist (OT).
• SNF / LTC experience required.
• Current Occupational Therapist (OT) license within the state of practice.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited program in occupational therapy.
• Passing score on the national certification exam.

Skills

Pay

Pay package is based on 8.0 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
