About the role
Ardor Health Solutions is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a 12-week assignment starting July 13, 2026, in Little Falls, Minnesota.
Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a variety of settings.
- Assess patients' functional abilities and develop treatment plans to improve their quality of life.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Document patient progress and communicate effectively with healthcare providers.
Requirements
- Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Minnesota.
- At least one year of recent relevant work experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Passing scores on the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with patients and families.
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using occupational therapy equipment and techniques.
Skills
- Knowledge of occupational therapy principles and practices.
- Ability to adapt treatment plans to meet individual patient needs.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Pay
The pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week, subject to confirmation. There is also a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
Schedule
8 hours per day, Monday through Friday.
