Host Healthcare is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting on August 17, 2026, in Randolph, Vermont.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a variety of settings.
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Document patient progress and treatment sessions accurately.

Requirements

• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Vermont.
• A minimum of one year of clinical experience in occupational therapy.
• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Passing scores on the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) exam.
