About the role
Thrive Staffing is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a travel job in La Jara, Colorado.
Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a hospital setting.
- Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans.
- Implement therapeutic interventions and monitor progress.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Document patient care in accordance with established protocols.
Requirements
- Current license to practice occupational therapy in Colorado.
- Bachelor's degree in occupational therapy from an accredited program.
- Experience in acute care settings preferred.
- Ability to pass a background check.
Qualifications
- New graduates are welcome to apply.
- Must be willing to travel to sister facilities within 30 minutes of La Jara, CO.
- NetHealth Charting is required.
Skills
- Strong clinical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Benefits
Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
