About the role
The role involves providing occupational therapy services in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting.
Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments to determine patients' functional abilities and needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve patient function
- Provide direct patient care including exercises, activities, and education
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive patient care
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist
- Experience working in a Skilled Nursing Facility preferred

Pay
