We’re seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve their daily skills while exploring a brand-new location. Holmes, New York offers access to Hudson Valley destinations and a quieter residential setting within reach of major regional attractions. The area is about 20 miles from the Walkway Over the Hudson in Poughkeepsie and roughly 15 miles from Thunder Ridge Ski Area in Patterson, which supports outdoor recreation across multiple seasons. Holmes is also within driving distance of the Appalachian Trail corridor and about 70 miles north of New York City, making it a practical fit for travelers seeking both nature access and periodic urban amenities.
Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting.
- Help patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve daily living skills.
- Work 8‑hour shifts, 40 hours per week.
- No floating required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Active state occupational therapy license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification may be required (AHA or ARC).
- Current occupational therapist license in the state of assignment.
- Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program.

Pay
