About the role
Care Team Solutions is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting July 6, 2026 in Limon, Colorado.
Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a geriatric setting.
- Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans.
- Implement therapeutic interventions to improve functional abilities.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
- Document patient progress and communicate effectively with healthcare providers.
Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse license.
- At least 2 years of recent experience in geriatrics.
- Geriatric Occupational Therapy certification preferred.
Qualifications
- Must be eligible for licensure in the state of Colorado.
- Pass a background check.
- Pass a drug screening.
