About the role
Triage Staffing is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting June 29, 2026, in Hilo, Hawaii. The position offers 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts, and is based in Hilo, HI.
Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a hospital setting
- Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans
- Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patient function
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure patient care coordination
- Document patient progress and outcomes accurately
Requirements
- Current license to practice occupational therapy in Hawaii
- Experience in acute care settings preferred
- Knowledge of occupational therapy principles and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Master's degree in occupational therapy from an accredited program
- Pass a background check
