LanceSoft is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a 13-week position starting on July 20, 2026, in Monterey, California. The shift is 8 hours per day.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services in accordance with established protocols and standards.
• Assess patients' functional abilities and develop treatment plans to improve their quality of life.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes using NetHealth (Rehab Optima) EMR system.

Requirements

• Active California (CA) Occupational Therapist License.
• At least 1 year of Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience.
• Knowledge of NetHealth (Rehab Optima) EMR system.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited occupational therapy program.
• Current CPR certification.
