Travel Occupational Therapist - $2,088 per week

About the role

Centra Healthcare Allied is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist (OT) licensed or in the immediate process of obtaining Ohio licensure to work in Rehabilitation. This is a 13‑week travel contract in Beachwood, Ohio, starting 11/09/2026. The role assumes responsibility for incorporating the organization’s vision, values, mission, and critical goals into job performance.

Schedule

• 5x8 days schedule (8‑hour day shifts)
• 40 hours per week

Requirements

• 1 year of recent experience as an Occupational Therapist
• Rehabilitation experience required
• Current Occupational Therapist license in Ohio (or actively pursuing licensure)

Pay
