Travel Occupational Therapist - $2,067 per week
About the role
This position is responsible for enhancing, participating, and supporting patient care with a focus on quality and safety. The Occupational Therapist (OT), with a physician referral, is authorized to treat patients in accordance with Occupational Therapy Practice Guidelines as issued by the American Occupational Therapy Association. The OT will work in an interdisciplinary manner with other departments to provide quality care. Must demonstrate proficiency and proper utilization of the electronic medical record, including proper documentation. This position is primarily in outpatient and home health settings with occasional inpatient coverage.
Responsibilities
- Provide evaluations, treatment plans, and therapy interventions for patients.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive patient care.
- Utilize electronic medical record systems for documentation and record-keeping.
- Ensure adherence to quality and safety standards in patient care.

Pay
Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
