Responsibilities
- Overall day-to-day operations of Occupational Therapist services at the facility
Requirements
- Active Occupational Therapist Licensure/Certification in Arizona
- American Heart Association BLS
- At least 1-year of experience as a Occupational Therapist
- Prior experience in a Rehab facility is preferred
Qualifications
- Active Occupational Therapist Licensure/Certification in Arizona
