Travel Occupational Therapist - $2,052 per week

VyTalent Solutions is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a hospital contract in Richmond, Virginia.

About the Role

This is a 13-week travel assignment with a 40-hour workweek, featuring 10-hour shifts from 07:00 to 17:00. Both local and travel candidates are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient occupational therapy services to stroke and neuro-rehabilitation patients.
• Perform assessments and develop treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Utilize advanced therapeutic techniques including manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and therapeutic exercises.
• Document patient progress accurately in Meditech Expanse.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and follow hospital policies.
• Demonstrate excellent patient communication using AIDET and immediate service recovery strategies.
• Adapt to floating within the hospital, including acute care when required.
• Maintain professional dress code: black scrub bottoms and royal blue top.

Pay

Pay range: $1,963.23 - $2,061.39 per week, based on 10-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation). Tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
