Schedule

Schedule: Days, 8 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week.

Pay

Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Requirements

• Louisiana Occupational Therapist (OT) license
• Degree in occupational therapy
• Willingness to split time between medical surgical (MS) and acute rehabilitation unit (ARU) units
• Experience with adult and geriatric patient populations
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to work in both medical surgical and acute rehabilitation units (as needed)
• Flexible schedule to accommodate patient needs
• Compliance with facility dress code: black scrubs, no blue jeans, spandex, open toe shoes or hoodies

Qualifications

• Experience with cerebrovascular accidents (CVA)
• Experience with orthopedics
• Experience with cardiac patients
• Personality fit for a team-oriented environment
