About the role
American Traveler is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a 13-week acute care assignment in Athens, Tennessee.
Responsibilities
- Work in an acute care hospital setting within the Occupational Therapy department
- Provide occupational therapy services under the supervision of licensed professionals
- Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans to promote independence and wellness
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience required
- AHA certifications required
- License required if applicable
- Active license verification through Nursys required at time of consideration
- Social Security number required for consideration
- Date of birth required for consideration
Qualifications
- Candidates must not reside within 60 miles of the facility
- Candidates who have worked as permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the last 12 months are not eligible
- Candidates cannot be employed elsewhere full time

Pay
The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
Schedule
Day shift schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
