Travel Occupational Therapist - $2,039 per week

About the role

LeaderStat is seeking a travel Home Health Occupational Therapist for a 13-week contract in Preston, Minnesota. The position starts on September 21, 2026, and ends on December 21, 2026, with a 40-hour workweek and a shift of 8 hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in their home environment.
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Document all patient interactions and treatment sessions accurately.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience working as a full-time Occupational Therapist.
• Clinical experience within the last 2 years.
• Current State Licensure.
• Current Relevant Certifications (BLS, ACLS, etc).

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current active license to practice as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Minnesota.
• Experience in home health settings preferred.

Pay

The estimated pay package is up to $2039.07 per week. The actual pay package will be confirmed upon contract signing and may vary based on various factors.

Schedule

The schedule is 40 hours per week and 8 hours per day.
