Responsibilities

• Treatment of patients with a variety of physical, developmental, and cognitive disabilities.
• Assessment and planning of individualized treatment programs.
• Collaboration with interdisciplinary team members to ensure patient care coordination.
• Documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.

Requirements

• Current license to practice occupational therapy in the state of Colorado.
• Bachelor's degree in occupational therapy from an accredited program.
• At least one year of recent, direct patient care experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a hospital or clinic setting preferred.
• Knowledge of adaptive equipment and techniques.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Skills

• Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
• Proficiency in computer software for documentation and record-keeping.

Pay

Pay package is based on 10 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
