About the role
Coast Medical Service is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting as soon as possible in Sheridan, Oregon.
Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a hospital setting.
- Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans to improve functional abilities.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
- Document patient progress and communicate with family members and other healthcare providers.
Requirements
- Current license to practice occupational therapy in the state of Oregon.
- At least one year of recent relevant work experience.
- Bachelor's degree in occupational therapy from an accredited program.
- Passing scores on the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).
Qualifications
- Experience working in acute care settings preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Skills
- Excellent clinical judgment and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
- Proficiency in using medical software and documentation systems.

Pay
Tax-free stipend amount to be determined based on 8 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week.
Schedule
8 hours, days shift.
