About the role
CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Occupational Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting July 24, 2026.
Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to patients in SNFs
- Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs
- Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Document patient care activities and progress in medical records
Requirements
- Current license to practice occupational therapy in California
- Bachelor’s degree in occupational therapy
- At least 1 year of recent full-time professional experience in occupational therapy
- Knowledge of occupational therapy principles and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Passing score on the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT)
- Experience working in SNFs preferred

Pay
- Pay package is based on 12-hour shifts and 38 hours per week
