Travel Occupational Therapist - $2,008 per week

Focus Staff is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a 19-week assignment in Bowie, Maryland starting August 31, 2026.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services in various settings
• Adapt treatment plans to meet individual patient needs
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes
• Document patient progress and treatment sessions accurately

Requirements

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as an Occupational Therapist
• Master's or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an ACOTE-accredited program
• Current certification from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT)
• Current, valid MD professional license as an Occupational Therapist

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills

Skills

• Proficient in using occupational therapy equipment and techniques
• Knowledgeable in assessing and treating physical, cognitive, and psychosocial impairments
• Skilled in developing and implementing therapeutic interventions
