About the role
HealthTrust Workforce Solutions HCA is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Augusta, Georgia.
Responsibilities
- Treat 3-4 patients a day on average, occasionally up to 5 patients.
- Work 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts, evenings.
- Rotate through 13 weekend assignments, including 2 additional days off during the week.
- Utilize a variety of equipment including hi-low mats, Nustep, II bars, steps, balls, weights, car simulators, Bioness L200 and H300, BITS interactive computer system.
- Document using Meditech.
- Follow patient experience requirements and hospital-specific policies.
- Perform procedures such as wound care.
Requirements
- Advanced skills in inpatient rehabilitation.
- Experience with the Care Tool.
- BLS certification.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience as an Occupational Therapist.
