About the Role

Thrive Staffing is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a job in Springfield, Colorado.

Responsibilities

• Manage patient caseloads in all clinical settings from screenings and evaluations through discharges.
• Compliant with State and Federal Regulations.
• Active participant in Interdisciplinary Team approach to patient care.
• Provide necessary billing documentation for billing purposes.
• Communicate effectively with physician, other members of rehabilitation team and others as indicated regarding treatment plan and patient response to plan.
• Counsel patient and family according to degree of disability or impairment.
• Complete all required documentation thoroughly and in a timely manner.
• Participate in educational programs and in-service meetings.
• Maintain established policies and procedures, objectives, quality assurance program, safety, environmental, and infection control standards.
• Attend meetings and in-service sessions, as directed.
• Require regular attendance and punctuality.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Requires a current license to practice as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Colorado.

Skills

Strong communication skills, ability to work independently, and proficiency in electronic medical records systems are required.

Benefits

Tax-free stipend amount to be determined based on 12 hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week.

Pay

Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation).
