Supplemental Health Care is working with a Rehab facility in Nashville, Tennessee to hire Occupational Therapists. Responsibilities
- Supervise and provide occupational therapy services to patients in a rehabilitation setting.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
- Document patient care activities and progress in accordance with regulatory standards.
Requirements
- Active Occupational Therapist Licensure/Certification in Tennessee.
- American Heart Association BLS certification.
- At least 1-year of experience as a Occupational Therapist.
- Prior experience in a Rehab facility is preferred.
Qualifications

Pay
$1,800 - $1,993 per week*12-week full-time contract with possibility of extension
Schedule
12-week full-time contract with 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts.
