We are seeking a Travel Occupational Therapist for a 13-week contract in Honolulu, Hawaii. Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations and reassessments.
• Develop individualized treatment plans focused on improving ADLs and functional independence.
• Treat orthopedic, neurological, post-surgical, cardiac, and medically complex patients.
• Provide ADL retraining, upper extremity rehabilitation, transfer training, cognitive interventions, and adaptive equipment education.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, PT, SLP, and case management.
• Educate patients and caregivers on safety strategies, home modifications, and discharge planning.
• Complete timely documentation and progress reporting.

Requirements

• Hawaii OT License Required
• BLS Required
• Hospital or acute care experience preferred
• Adult Patient Population (setting)
• Start Date: 10/19/2026 (alternative listing shows 8/10/26 – 11/9/26)
• End Date: 11/9/26 (based on 13‑week contract)
• 40 hours per week, 8‑hour day shifts
