About the role
Our client is seeking an Occupational Therapist / OT to join their growing team in Anchorage, Alaska. As an Occupational Therapist, you will create, communicate, and implement the patient’s individualized care plan, utilizing equipment and exercises to support the patient’s progress. You will consistently update medical records and provide reports when necessary.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Use therapeutic equipment and exercises to support patient progress
- Update medical records and provide reports as needed
Requirements
- Certification from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Ability to walk or stand for long periods of time
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including patience, empathy, and compassion
- Effective communication skills (active listening, writing, speaking, and reading comprehension)
- Fast and adaptive problem-solving abilities
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
Schedule
- Duration: 13 weeks
- Start Date: 08/24/2026
- 40 hours per week
- Shift: 4x10-hour days
